The construction is financed by the project investor, Dr. Nodari Giorgadze, together with the Slovak state bank EXIMBANKA SR. All funds for the purchase of apartments are paid by future buyers into a bank account in the Slovak Republic.

Georgia allows visa-free entry for countries of the European Union, America and most countries of the former Soviet Union.

Of course. We have always offered, and continue to offer, this option to our clients. We organise inspection trips with flights from Vienna, Prague or Budapest for 3 nights / 4 days with Georgian Airlines (Boeing 737). The flight takes approximately 3 hours and 15 minutes. We will arrange the complete programme, transfers and accommodation – you just need to arrive at the departure airport. A Slovak, English or Russian speaking manager can accompany you during the tour.

No, a personal presence in Georgia is not necessary. We handle everything for you - contracts are signed in Slovakia and the whole process is done remotely. If you are interested, we will be happy to organize a project tour on site where you will be accompanied by our company managers.

Yes, each owner of the apartment will have signed a lease agreement for a period of 10 years with the company authorized by GINO Holding a.s. , which is a full member of the World Tourism Organization - UN Tourism.

You have the opportunity to negotiate individual instalments and discounts directly with us, as the developer of the project. The yield is also adjusted according to the form of the instalment plan.

If a lease agreement is signed, the costs of routine maintenance of the property for the duration of the lease, in accordance with its terms, will be borne by the hotel operator.

The property is insured during construction and will be insured after completion. Construction insurance is paid by the project developer.

No, during the term of the lease agreement, utility and repair fund charges are paid by the resort operator.

Yeah. You may sell your apartment during the term of the lease and in accordance with its provisions. The lease is only assigned with the consent of the developer.

If you sell the apartment to our company after 10 years, we offer you a buy-back of 130% of the purchase price of the apartment excluding VAT. We already state this amount in the Future Contract Agreement.

VAT in Georgia is 18%. Under the relevant Georgian legislation, anyone who invests in an investment tourist property and leases it to a licensed tourist centre operator for a period of 10 years is exempt from paying VAT. This applies to both companies and individuals. Therefore, the purchase and sale prices are also quoted exclusive of VAT, which in this case the client does not have to pay.
